McDonald's in Hofheim am Taunus

Friendly staff. Fast service and nice looking and HOT burgers.

Unfortunately, only McDrive or pick-up is currently possible. At 11:45 there wasn't so much going on.

Been there several times to enjoy a milkshake, unfortunately always without success. The machine is cleaned every time. Are we always unlucky or are there no milkshakes in this mc Donalds?

Incomplete menus & poor quality As far as quality, food and service are concerned, this MC is far behind. If you really want to miss something with every order and are later happy that your food is not fresh, this is the right place for you. Even if little is going on, you can rely 100% on the poor quality mentioned above. Thanks, I don't want to anymore.

The food was warm, it was quick and the order was right.

Drive-in: Forget the toy again at the Happymeal. So big disappointment for the child. Control is just bad when you have to take everything apart first. The saddest and dirtiest McDonald’s in the Rhine-Main area. Burgers are badly "assembled" and the friendliness leaves a lot to be desired.

Well ... Didn't really rate anything well. Everything they advertise was sold out. Employees abundantly unmotivated. The display where the numbers are shown is defective and a man with a not very loud voice then said the numbers. He called it calling out .... well. You can call it what you want. Scanning the coupon at the order machine didn't work either and the burgers were ... to put it mildly: clapped carelessly. So that's better dear McDonald's people. Much better; significantly better.

This review is representative of everyone McDonald’s branches in Germany ??! McDonald’s is actually a good fast food chain, but the burgers ?, salts, etc. are getting smaller and smaller and for the drinks, the filling volume of 0.5 l reduced to 0.4 l (milkshake), but prices have risen continuously. I prefer to go to the competition (?) with my family because the burgers are getting bigger rather than smaller.

Here we needed 25 minutes for our meal. It has nothing to do with fast food! That wasn't quality either; the burger fell out of the packet. Even the hot cherry pocket, which is now back, does not help over the anger.

We had a poor experience here. Our order was wrong twice, we ended up paying for food we didn't receive. I won't return.

Normally I can take the McDonald's meal, but on my definitely last visit it was obviously no longer fresh and accordingly I felt bad for the rest of the day. Disgusting and just uncomfortable just thinking about it!

At breakfast time there was nothing left to eat. Either he and the like were sold out. Service was not very friendly.

I don't know if you know this place, but actually it's not that good. I don't think the products are freshly prepared and we have waited FOREVER for the service.

The last Mc Donalds that I will enter again in my life! If you could give 0 stars I would do that. I am not picky or anything else when it comes to McDonalds. But this shop is a disaster in terms of staff and hygiene. Especially during Corona!

If I were to describe this MC Donalds branch, it would be best to say that they alone make McDonalds' good reputation. Ordered extras are not included and you wait too long for your order. Not only are the employees careless and lame, but to be honest, cleaning all the tables with one and the same rag and water is inappropriate in times of coronavirus. I will not visit the branch again

We speak English and just a little German. This McDonalds location is always patient with our order, which makes us feel comfortable to eat here. They always get our order right also. I would recommend, great job!

They have pumpkin spiced lattes!!! The staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Able to speak both English and (obviously) German. Conveniently located close to IKEA and Globus, a better option than succumbing to the pressure of going to the toy store.

It's a miserable franchise McDonalds that's always good for some unexpected delays or surprise. Yes, I admit I stop there but only because it is convenient - and they continue to fail to meet their own low stsndards.

Really unpleasant experience , never tasted such bad fries knowing that Mcdonalds fries are the best, however the ones we were given were reheated unsalted chewy tasting like plastic , we asked to replace them , second pack was tasting the same, also reheated burger totally screwed up my cravings . The agent was right cold unwelcoming. Never coming back here again

Quick eats!

The indoor basketball half-court at the first floor is a good place to go. Children can practice throwing hoops, and parents do not need to look after their children all the time. Knowing that they are just around the corner having a great time, parents can relax, chitchat, and enjoy their meals.
